Our mission is to provide the finest clinical, rehabilitative and therapeutic care to enhance quality of life to every individual in our community, especially Veterans and the entire senior citizen population including their love ones.

Our goal is to ensure and fulfill the highest level of patient care, effective recovery, and maintaining independence by providing patient health needs, education, therapy, counseling and community resources.

What Is Home Health Care?

Home Health care is a physician ordered medical service provided in the comfort of a patient’s home by licensed nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, respiratory therapists, speech therapists, medical social workers, and home health aides to patients with illnesses, post-surgical needs and or injuries in order to assist with the rehabilitation/recovery process.

Committed to maintaining health

A registered nurse, an occupational therapist, a physical therapist, or another qualified medical practitioner may offer clinical medical care at home. It is prescribed as a part of a care strategy, typically after a hospital stay.

Ellen has been my moms nurse several times over the years. Whenever mom would be released from the hospital we always requested for Ellen to be her nurse. It has been several, several months since mom has NOT returned to hospital. We credit Ellen for this. She also always reassured us that she was only a phone call away whenever we needed her or have questions...she always helped us and helps us still. It has been a tremendous blessing to have her as a nurse with her knowledge and wisdom; but also her gentle and loving personality which makes us feel comfortable and at ease. Sometimes its difficult to know or how to care for mom, or for her to know what to do and having Ellen there to listen and guide us is priceless. I don’t know any home health agencies and my doctor referred me to California Clinical Care. I was so impressed with how nurse Ellen and nurse Wendy went above and beyond with the services they provided. They always took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me during my difficult time. There was one night where I was in so much pain and I contacted Ellen. She took her time explaining what to do in a way that I could understand.
